Brilliant piece, as always. Find it hard to sit still and meditate, but this is certainly inspires to start, especially if the larger impacts take 2 months with a few minutes daily. A habit to build!
Thank you. You'll find that most people find it hard at the beginning. The process is to learn to let go of expectations and just be the observer, not the observed. There is no bad or good practice. There’s only the ones where you show up and the ones where you don’t.
